Many will not seek to expose their startup’s product or service in fear that an unfinished creation may end them.
This is further from the truth. Long delays dull products and sharpen losses. When you hide your value proposition it cannot adjust and iterate. You rack up expenses instead of receiving feedback constantly.
Exposure to customers and criticism is what a startup must do to achieve the beginning process of a business. The illusion most first timers have is that a ‘perfect’ product does not receive criticism. When in reality products by nature will receive critiques, complaints and more.
Withholding and item from judgement only suspends reality from being fully realized. It is taking the startup into reality that begins the process of continuous improvement and honing that all companies must undergo.
